Bangkok Bridge Inspired Top

Sometimes is funny the way I get inspired to make stuff, for this top the story is very simple, I love bridges, I love Engineering shows. I love to watch Discovery Channel just for that 
and while watching this Particular Episode, I thought about making a top Inspired in this Mega Bridge.
I know it’s kind of random, but that’s usually how I get inspiration.
And this is the Top:
I haven’t had the chance to wear it yet. I was thinking about pair it with a jeans skirt to it doesn’t look so formal.
I also had to share a picture of Curly, this is how he looks at me when I take pictures of clothes outside, probably wondering what am I doing

I love this top. The lines, the shape, the drape, beautiful! I know what you mean about finding inspiration in the weirdest places. I often tell myself to bring a notebook along, so I can write everything down, but unfortunately I forget to do that most of the times. So then I come home and have to run towards my studio to draw what I thought of. Looks pretty strange to other people sometimes I can imagine

I love this shirt! You have to do a tutorial on it, I rarely ever find tutorials for shirts I like.
I will try to post a tutorial once I have time to draw it, or I make another one to take pictures of the process

Colors get me every. single. time.
I will see a color, ideas will quickly start generating, and I’ll run around a place like a manic, trying to catch the pigments before they leave me. I’ll buy gifts in color, create in color, organize in color, but the inspiration always hits me whenever I’m out just living my life, doing the ordinary, doing the random.
I LOVE that top. I’d wear it RIGHT now, if I hadn’t committed to wear only ten pieces of clothing for the summer. Some skinny or wide leg jeans would look super cute. Joy, wonderful!

Thanks I absolutely love all of your stuff and your bears are amazing gifts but I wanna make my gf a dress if I told you how I wanted to do it do you think you could give me pointers on trouble spots?
I think the hardest part for me was to figure the shape i needed for the front, so I would suggest you to use a mannequin or someone else because at that time I didn’t had one, or anyone that could be my model and it was a nightmare. Hope that helps =]
