Along with the redesign of my design site and due to the huge amount of work. I was forced to raise my design prices. Basically so that I can be healthy and have a life. I was so stressed it was making me physically sick and that is NOT good. I was pushing myself way too much, but I just hate when people have to wait weeks because all of the sudden I am pack with work, specially when it’s not their fault. So since last month I started only accepting a few projects and it works great, I am able to actually spend time with my husband, enjoy my weekends and blog instead of work, work ,work! – Happy Joy!

On the down side I know that the raise of my prices made a big difference in a lot of people’s budget, because… well a big part of the designs I make are for hobby blogs. So I decided (And it also encourage me the big amount of people requesting to switch to wordpress after the endless Blogger problems!) And to be able to update the CSS of your wordpress.com template you will have to buy the CSS customization option from wordpress at $15/yr approx. This is a yearly payment so you will have to pay for as long as you wish to keep the payment. Also, until now there is no way to add external JavaScript to wordpress.com so you will not be able to display your Google Friend Connect Followers, and the Google Web fonts no not work there, sad. The only custom font available is via Typekit.
